Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, your new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
On the Free plan, you'll need to wait until the next month or upgrade to a paid plan. On paid plans with monthly limits (Starter and Pro), you'll need to upgrade to continue. The Unlimited plan has no monthly limits.
Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12). You can switch to annual billing in your dashboard settings.
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can also use the Free plan with 500 images per month at no cost, permanently.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
All plans support JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF output formats. You can upload images in any of these formats and convert between them during compression. Higher plans offer larger file size limits and batch processing capabilities.
